Reorder Pages
📌 How it works:
1️⃣ Open multiple PDFs and All pages are shown as thumbnails.
2️⃣ Drag thumbnails to reorder pages, select pages to delete, or insert blank pages.
3️⃣ At the top right of a thumbnail, click the 🔍 magnifier for a high-resolution preview. Use ← → to change pages, or Esc to close.
4️⃣ Click Export to create a PDF in the current order. ⌨️ Ctrl+A selects all; Delete removes selected pages.

How to use this tool
- Open one or more PDFs to display their page thumbnails.
- Drag thumbnails into the required order and append another PDF if needed.
- Select pages to delete, or insert a blank page.
- Click Export as PDF to save the current arrangement.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add pages from another PDF?
Yes. Use Append PDF to add another document to the thumbnail list, then drag its pages into the positions you need.
Are there shortcuts for selecting and deleting pages?
Ctrl+A selects all page thumbnails, and Delete removes the selected pages. You can also use the visible selection and deletion controls.
