📌 How it works:
️⃣ Open multiple PDFs and add a unique sequential number to every page (such as EXH-000001, EXH-000002…), useful for legal discovery, contract archiving and similar tasks.
️⃣ Customize the prefix (case name, company initials, etc.), Starting Number, Digits (4~10 digits, zero-padded), Horizontal Position (left/center/right), and font / font size / bold settings.
️⃣ Choose a download mode: Merge into One PDF (files merge in order with continuous numbering), or download separate PDFs (each original file becomes a numbered PDF, with numbering continuing across files; downloaded as a ZIP).
️⃣ Each file is processed individually, including its blank pages, so no page in the evidence sequence is omitted. Drag files to reorder them; numbering updates accordingly.
️⃣ Output filenames automatically include the number range (such as contract-scan_EXH-000001-000099.pdf) to help recipients check continuity.
